Siegfried Paquet is the Managing Director of StealthWrks, a NY-based boutique firm specializing in Entertainment and Technology (https://www.stealthwrks.com/). Siegfried provides tailored advisory services in strategic development, growth acceleration and content licensing.  Leveraging a team of subject matter experts, Siegfried guides and accompanies his global corporate and start-up clients towards greater financial and operational efficiency by promoting agile management and enabling strategic pivots and execution.  Siegfried has 25 years of international experience in media and technology in C-suite roles (mostly COO, CBO, CFO), both domestic and international, including 13 years at major music and media companies such as BMG Music Publishing, PolyGram, Universal, Bertelsmann and Seagram/Vivendi.   During that time, Siegfried honed deep hands-on operational and management skills while managing and turning around businesses in television, music, themed parks, motion pictures, wine and spirits, and telecommunication. Over the last 12 years, he has conducted and successfully completed projects including M&A transactions in music distribution, performance optimization in casual gaming, international deployment in recorded music and music publishing, a strategy for the exploitation of licensed content in karaoke and music learning, strategic alliances in social marketplaces, and a number of growth enhancement assignments in digital services both in the US and overseas. Siegfried holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA degree from management school ISG in Paris.
