• Managing Director, Stifel Financial (through Thomas Weisel and Westwind Partners mergers) Media and Entertainment (2003-2017). Involved in multiple IPOs and follow-on offerings, including Cineplex, AMC Theaters, RealD, Lions Gate, RHI Films, SFX Entertainment, Hemisphere Media, and Alliance Films. During this period, was awarded Wall Street Journal ‘s “Best on the Street” accolade for Media/Entertainment stock picking.

• CFO/Founding Principal, IOM Media Ventures: Acquisition vehicle used for an animation studio carve-out from a public company in late 2018 followed by two IP acquisitions. Raised equity and debt facilities for the company along with the management and execution of M&A. Facilitated the company’s movement into NFT investments.

• M&A Consulting: Pattonvision bid for Reading Cinemas and Cobb Theaters. Corus Entertainment M&A strategy. Hired by Catalyst Capital to aid Sonar Entertainment in its sale process.
