Communicate the advantages, disadvantages and process of selling or purchasing assets from a troubled company to key constituents, including in chapter 11 bankruptcy (section 363 sale; chapter 11 plan sale). Work with counsel to navigate bankruptcy decisions that impact timing, structure and process for reorganization, asset sales and repositioning. Develop alternative M&A models and strategies based on debt, cycles, seasons and levels of interest based on different recovery levels.
