The operational turnaround services we offer include operational and financial efficiency improvements; cash management; setting objectives, goals, strategies and measures (“OGSM”), and identification of strategic choices to achieve those goals. Evaluation through financial modeling of working capital requirements to implement the alternatives. Completion of documentation (business plan) for a capital raise, if necessary. Identification of capital sources to satisfy funding needs or M&A alternatives.
